I’ve been obsessed with epic adventures since I was old enough to hold a pencil. It all started with pirates.
By thirteen, I was drawing treasure maps on the back of my math homework, inventing kingdoms, designing flags, and writing poems about cutlass duels—long before I ever picked up a real sword in a fencing studio. My bedroom walls were covered in hand-drawn worlds, and my head was full of magic, myths, and larger-than-life heroes.
That spark never faded. I fed it with dream journals, countless nights spent devouring mythology and ancient history, and a degree in political science that let me study power, rebellion, and the stories societies tell themselves. Eventually, I took a “responsible” detour into law school and spent more than a decade as a corporate lawyer—fighting battles in boardrooms instead of on the high seas.
But the stories never stopped knocking.
So I finally made space for them.
Now I write the sweeping, character-driven fantasy adventures I used to dream about as a kid—worlds built for readers who love immersive magic, unforgettable heroes, and the kind of twists that keep the lights on far too late.
I live in Canada with my family and our dog, and I’m currently at work on my next novel.
